This is your invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect. Yin Yoga is a gentle practice, holding floor-based poses with soft muscles. This practice targets the deep connective tissues, joints, and energetic pathways of your body.
Postures are held for several minutes, allowing tension to release, flexibility to increase, and energy to flow more freely through the meridian lines of Chinese Medicine.
Yin Yoga offers a powerful reset—grounding the nervous system, expanding range of motion, and creating space for inner reflection. As you settle into stillness, the mind naturally quiets and a subtle, spacious awareness begins to unfold. You’ll leave feeling open, clear, and deeply restored and relaxed.
