I have been taking a series of workshops with Diane and it has been a wonderful experience of movement, stillness, and learning. Diane is a generous and compassionate yoga teacher who encourages students to listen to their bodies and explore their experience, which makes her ideal for practioners of every level. She can also bring a sense of humour to the yoga practice, which is playful and refreshing. I have so enjoyed Diane’s teaching style, which provides an integrated and balanced approach to yoga. She brings together breath work, meditation, active practice, and a cultivation of stillness, which offers a complete yoga experience. While exploring and developing my own yoga pratice, I feel like I’ve also learned more and deepened my understanding of yoga. I appreciate Diane’s approach and her ability to make yoga students of all levels feel as though they are exactly where they belong.
