Wednesday Afternoon 12:00 – 1:30 + option to linger with tea 1:00 – 1:30
A weekly sanctuary for stillness, reflection, and embodied connection. The practice of being.
This 90-minute class invites you into the quiet art of yin yoga— a soulful blend of long-held floor postures, woven with meditation, breath work and contemplation. Together, we create a safe and nurturing space to slow down, listen inward, and return to your natural state of ease and clarity.
Through mindful breath and guided inquiry, you’ll soften the places that hold tension and open to the wisdom that already lives within you. Each session becomes a deepening journey — an exploration of your inner landscape where somatic awareness and self-inquiry meet.
This practice is not about achieving shapes, but about discovering presence — resting into your own essence and finding comfort in simply being who you are.
After class, you’re welcome to linger and share tea in quiet reflection or gentle conversation — a simple way to integrate, connect, and be held in community.
Come to rest. Come to listen. Come home to your center.
Note: there will be a Certified Visiting Therapy Dog to greet you who will sit quietly with the teacher during class.
