Together we will learn about (or reconnect with) the many benefits of Yin Yoga and explore how to safely experience this magical practice.
In Yin Yoga, the soft and long-held floor poses help improve connective tissue and joint health, mobility and flexibility. By nourishing the meridians of Chinese Medicine, the energy of the subtle body is harmonized. In stillness, through inward drawn attention, we have the opportunity to develop self-compassion and understanding as we learn to fully inhabit ourselves with kindness.

Instead of pushing or striving, you relax into each shape, allowing gravity to do the work. This quiet approach calms the nervous system, and encourages emotional balance. It’s an invitation to slow down, listen inward, and restore harmony in body, mind, and energy.
