2-Hour Workshop
Self-compassion is not softness—it’s a deep inner strength built from tenderness,
honesty, and the willingness to meet yourself exactly where you are. This Insight Yoga workshop invites you into a slow, heartfelt exploration of befriending yourself with tenderness.
Blending Yin and gentle Yang movement with contemplative practices drawn from Buddhist psychology, we’ll explore what it means to turn toward ourselves with warmth instead of criticism, clarity instead of pressure, and understanding instead of avoidance.
You’ll learn how Insight Yoga’s integration of body, breath, meridian theory, mindfulness, and emotional inquiry creates an ideal environment for nurturing self-trust, inner steadiness, and compassion. Through guided poses, reflective pauses, and meditative practices, we’ll work gently to soften the heart, settle the mind, and cultivate an inner atmosphere of kindness.
This workshop is an invitation to remember: you are allowed to be on your own side.
A take-home handout is included to support your ongoing practice.
