Vitality Yin Cultivativates harmonization of the energy body.
We start with engagement shapes for body awareness, vitality and structural stability (without heating the muscles), then we transition into yin poses interweaving breath and mindfulness meditation.
All done on the floor (no standing poses).
This practices will leave you feeling invigorated and calm.
Energized and easeful.
Calm and alert to meet the day in balance with presence.
